The hotel exudes a true tropical ambiance outside and showcases luxury inside. The team members are very helpful and the rooms are thoughtfully arranged. We enjoyed two spa massages , wonderful. The extensive and varied food menu made dining enjoyable for several days. The pool is very good, and the private beach included hammocks.
I found the drinks service slow. On occasions I waited a long time for cocktails, even when the bar wasn't crowded

i found the hotel fine. its location offers calm surroundings with a amazing view of the beach and ocean. i loved the beautiful flowers and plants all around that create a feeling of paradise. the hotel and rooms are designed very well, providing everything needed like a restaurant, a pool bar, and a well-equipped gym.
i noticed that some menu items were not great. a few times i felt unwell after eating a meal.

the crew was FRIENDLY. food had a beautiful composition, this made it easy to taste the local meals. i found dishes from everywhere. it was pure magic 💖
the bartender told me that there were missing ingredients for my favorite cocktail. they still proceeded to make it. they did NOT inform me beforehand about the missing ingredients. when i asked, they didn't respond.
