I had an enjoyable stay at Woodlands, especially due to its proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and the great outdoor amenities for families like the pool and splash pad. However, my experience was marred by a severe issue we faced with bedbugs in our room, which led to a chaotic holiday. The service and cleanliness varied, affecting the overall impression of the property.
