I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the stunning views and modern aesthetics of the hotel. However, the rooms felt cramped and the dining experience could benefit from more variety. The staff were attentive but inconsistencies in service management left some room for improvement. Despite the drawbacks, the atmosphere and location made it a memorable trip.

The rooms were modern and sleek but really cramped, and the sink placement was awkward having it in the bedroom. The view of Pennsylvania Ave and the Washington Monument was spectacular, though!

The service was helpful at moments, but there were lapses in professionalism that made the experience frustrating at times, especially during check-in.

The location was absolutely ideal. We could easily walk to the National Mall, the White House, and other key attractions, which made our sightseeing effortless.

The dining options could use some enhancement in terms of variety and flavor, as the menu felt rather limited and our waitress seemed a bit grumpy during our visit.
