I really liked the riverside views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was REALLY comfortable, and I slept well. The towels were superb.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views!

The location was superb and near points of interest. The parking facilities were more than adequate. The River Dee view from the room was lovely (so peaceful!). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had tea and coffee available with a kettle for me to use. I also enjoyed the Roman bath and steam room. The room had a very comfortable bed. I slept well each night and towels were great! The hotel is being slowly updated, I noticed.

My key card didn't work upon my return one evening, requiring assistance to re-enter.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, a definite plus. I found that the parking area was ample and easy to access. The river view was lovely, I enjoy it. The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

river location lovely people

the location by the river was a standout feature for me the roman bath also gave me a good space to unwind the staff impressed me too they were very helpful and lovely people

i noticed some slight signs of wear with hanging off ceiling tiles in the spa i hope it gets fixed soon

our arrival was easy, and i found parking simple. the staff member was warm and cute, eager to help. i awoke to fine dee river views, a amazing sight. the pool offered a great spot to unwind after a busy day.

The bathroom light was not working. Some tiles were loose too.
