The location was GOOD. The nature around was also acceptable.

I experienced several issues . The room itself lacked proper cleanliness. basic amenities like toilet paper were missing. I found it quite disappointing to have to request these essential items, especially considering the price I paid.

The location offered some wonderful views from the restaurant. I appreciated the setting.

The room was dated and felt a bit run down. The bathroom ceiling had a patched area and the windows were difficult to open. The shower was slow to drain after using it.

The salt water pool was very clean! Comfortable beds and a powerful rain head shower were much appreciated after long walks. The hotel's location within the native forest offered a tranquil escape. Breakfast provided a delicious start to the day.

I found the reception service at check-in and check-out to be just ok and not great. It lacked a personal touch.
