relaxing stay near a beautiful lagoon
attentive staff personal communication efficient service
the staff was consistently attentive. a personal whatsapp thread made communication seamless. the buggy service operated efficiently whenever i chose not to cycle. i found the location fine and enjoyed its tranquility.
the security standards did not seem adequate for a five-star hotel. my hat was stolen from my bicycle during breakfast.

the breakfast selection was vast and delicious. the restaurant offered tasty meals and the food quality was very good. dining here provided a satisfying culinary experience.

staff members were super helpful, and very kind. the staff was available 24/7 and could help navigate excursions. the service contributed significantly to an amazing experience. the service was generally accommodating.

friendly staff private pool varied meals
The staff were friendly and catered to my needs well. I enjoyed the water room with a private pool (it was lovely, actually). Breakfast and dinner had good variety.
The shuttle service could be a bit slow sometimes.

lagoon villa clean pool spacious room
the lagoon villa with its pool was divine. it was light, spacious and had a beautiful bathroom. the pool had such a clean, peaceful charm i wont forget, and the huge bed was where we dreamt. i would so love to return again.

The hillside villa had lovely views and a private pool. the service provided by all staff members was fantastic. They were so friendly. cristy was especially helpful, organizing our transfer to our next destination. i am impressed by the overall aesthetics of the resort.
I found the room itself to be a bit dirty, though we had a water villa. the bed was on a wooden platform. I could see ants crawling out from a gap in the wood. the door to the villa was half-broken, i could push it open easily. this is not what i expect from a five-star accommodation.
