quiet location dining choices staff explanation pool information
the location was excellent. it was safe, quiet, and walkable with many dining choices nearby. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety (i liked the fresh fruit).
when i checked in, the staff did not explain to me how to use the pool.

The pool had available sunbeds at any time. Poolside service was quick through the hotel app. I also appreciated the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the metro station. It made getting around convenient.
The walls seemed thin so noise traveled easily. That was slightly irritating.

professional staff clean room beautiful gardens
i stayed for one night but i wished i booked a longer stay i found the hotel beautiful. the staff was professional polite and helpful with any questions. the beautiful garden 24 hours of room was clean as new and VERY comfortable. i especially enjoyed the beautiful gardens and pool area.

lovely area breakfast range
i found the staff to be very cute and helpful . the pool area was a lovely space for relaxation. i liked that the hotel only has three stories, giving it a more intimate feel. the breakfast was sensational, a huge range of dishes were available, with eggs and other items cooked to order.

spacious room clean room large pool thin walls noise level old bathroom
the room was super spacious. it was also clean and nicely furnished. the hotel really is an oasis. i could actually swim in the swimming pool, it's big enough.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear a lot of noise through them. the bathroom seemed a bit old. i think it could use some updates.

subway shuttle staff discomfort
At check-in, staff did not explain pool or breakfast access. I had to find it myself. also, staff seemed uncomfortable while talking with native speakers. the hotel location isn't great, a shuttle to the subway WAS absent. THey said they were "fully booked".
