the resort was beautiful and immaculate. the pool, gym, sauna and restaurant were great. the rooms were always immaculate, i found benz and ice really good at the front desk, they were very attentive. they helped me solve things, which i appreciated as customer service is imperative.
The room was tired looking and needed a thorough paint and scrub. Nothing too bad though.

the studio was spacious and well equipped. it had plenty of storage space, which i always appreciate. everything was clean. but i think the space was very good.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, i found both indoor and outdoor seating near the pool. the food was very good and exceeded my expectations. the chef and his assistant taught me to cook pad thai. the restaurant manager always greeted me.

the pool area had plenty of loungers and a shaded area. the gym had modern equipment and was well maintained. the resort offered a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearest train station. i enjoyed the sauna after a long day. but i loved the pool!

the staff was very helpful and accommodating. they assisted with commute information to the nearest metro station. whatsapp contact with the staff was very easy. the staff even ferried me to the nearest supermarket.

The resort is located outside the busy city. it is close to the train line. The hotel buggy car drops you to the station. the location is great for avoiding the city traffic. i also noticed a shopping center not far away.

I found the staff very helpful. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the nearby train station (it makes getting around easier). The room was spacious and quiet, a big plus.
The hot water wasn't working properly in the bathroom . While they sent someone to look at it, the issue wasn't resolved. I hope this gets fixed.

The pool area is well-kept and relaxing. The gym had sufficient equipment for a good workout, with treadmills and stationary bikes. I saw that the steam room is accessible at any time.
