The staff demonstrated really good service. They promptly fulfilled all my requests. The hotel provided complimentary bicycles (I used them to explore the surroundings). The breakfast offered great variety.
The soundproofing was not sufficient. Street noise was noticeable in my room (especially during peak hours). The gym had limited equipment. The selection of English-language channels on the television was small.

the elevator was slow , and i often found myself waiting several minutes for it. this was especially frustrating when i was in a hurry or had luggage. also , the noise from the street at night was quite loud , even with the windows closed. i really think they need to invest in better soundproofing.

The hotel location proved convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff answered any question. Free bikes offered a great bonus. I found the service really good, especially regarding local tours. I utilized the elevator. I also noted good hot water supply.
The hotel's street noise bothered me at night. I found it difficult to sleep well because of it.

The hotel staff promptly handled luggage upon arrival. They offered a hot towel and water during check-in. Staff provided information on nearby attractions, tours, and recommended shops. Breakfast was included and offered a yummy variety. The hotel supplied free bicycles to use to visit the beach.
I observed that the pool requires some refurbishment. Its condition shows signs of wear, but it still provides a pleasant option for relaxation. The hotel could focus on some minor improvements to elevate the overall experience for future visitors. I think the hotel should focus on a long-term maintenance plan.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Service

I found the staff very helpful. They booked a tour of My Son and a Memories Show ticket. All went smoothly. They also arranged a transfer to Da Nang Airport, cheaper than the Grab app. The room had toiletries, a kettle, AC, and a safe. Breakfast included Vietnamese food and an omelette station.
I noticed some slight wear, but nothing serious.
