Superb hotel stay!

I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was a short taxi ride to town. The air conditioning worked great, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful, especially Alex, Ann, James, and Rita.
Cleanliness were not so good. The bath towels was not at the standard for this hotel.

The location is excellent. You get both the countryside feel with rice fields, and proximity to the city. The cleanliness was great, and the premises were beautiful and comfortable. The staff members, An, Rita, and Summer, provided such helpful service.

fantastic hotel stay

i had a suite on the top floor it was perfect the staff were amazing i used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the beach and back as well as the town the breakfast was plentiful with so much to choose from i will return. the staff assisted with transport and directions i found the service prompt and courteous they helped. the hotel had very convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants i also utilized the free shuttle service it. the grounds were immaculate and well kept i could see a lot of effort went into keeping everything looking great there were staff constantly working to ensure a clean and attractive environment.
the wifi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel especially on higher floors it made streaming and video calls difficult.
