mixed feelings
inadequate soundproofing small room size
the staff were helpful, especially with directions.
The room size was smaller than expected from the photos online. also, the soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. this.

empty minibar thin walls
the minibar was empty. i mean completely empty, not even water was in there! that's pretty annoying when you expect a basic service, plus, the walls are super thin. every little noise from the hallway or other rooms, i heard everything. i thought that i paid for a relaxing stay, not for a concert from other guests.
