Aida at reception was really fantastic (i was touched by her kindness). she ensured i had everything i needed. i had left my sunglasses in the room. Aida made sure they were delivered back to my home in england as soon as possible.
the shower did not drain properly and i struggled a bit with its quality. it was very noisy from outside (i could have sworn the window was open the whole time). the window was actually closed.

The location was perfect because it was near everything! bus stops were super close too. i loved having a coffee machine right in the room and tons of water bottles! the steam sauna worked so well. I loved it.
i noticed the water level in the tub decreased even when the stopper was closed. it was a bit annoying
