The front desk staff were helpful. They accommodated a last-minute change to my reservation without any charges. I was so impressed i booked a second stay immediately. Breakfast offered standard swiss fare, and it included hot options like eggs and bacon. The hotel offered valet parking at a reasonable rate, a significant advantage given the area's parking challenges.

My first room in the main building felt quite small and it was dark. I had to pay for an upgrade to a room in the renovated section to improve my experience. The hotel gym needs enhancements. I noted the absence of dumbbells. I also observed that the machinery needed better maintenance.

The location for my appointment was PERFECT. the hotel is near many bars and restaurants. valet parking was available. This is a great feature as parking can be difficult. the front desk staff helped me change my plans at the last minute without any fees.

The location was convenient, close to where I needed to be..

I found the gym to be quite lacking. It needed dumbells and more stretching carpets. The machinery required maintenance. I experienced poor soundproofing as I could hear laundry operations at 02:00 am with a metal trolley. I am a guest here since 2010 but the overall quality of the stay has severely decreased.
