The grounds were fine. I liked that our room was very close to both the pool and the reception (it was literally a 30-second walk). The room included a large dressing area with his and hers wardrobes.

The lobby staff seemed uninterested in helping after check-in. The WiFi was poor. I could not stream on the in-room TV (I mentioned this to the lobby staff multiple times, but nothing happened).

I found a few things quite frustrating. The room felt dated. Gaps around the windows and doors let insects in. I found THAT annoying. they didn't provide conditioner or body lotion, I expected more for the price.

This place is amazing! I got a villa near the pool, it was super clean. The location was perfect, close to everything but also quiet. I really recommend this adults-only resort.

The cocktail prices at the bar were a bit higher than other places nearby.

The pools always had open spots, and everything looked great! The outdoor areas reminded me of a jungle. That was cool. A jacuzzi was open, and its water was very clear.

the photos didn't fully capture the hotel's charm. i noticed the grounds were fine and well maintained. i particularly loved the swimming pool area and lush plants. it was like a true oasis away from the busy streets.

i found the wifi a bit weak. it made streaming on the in-room tv difficult. i hoped this would be resolved .
