decent stay, some issues
warm lighting friendly staff closed spa service area
the villa offered comfortable sleeping arrangements, the curtains effectively blocked light. a relaxed atmosphere was created by the warm lighting and wooden décor. the service was excellent, with useful and friendly staff.
the spa was closed. i found this disappointing, especially since i wasn't informed about it beforehand. the beds were very hard, which might be problematic for those with back issues.

The grounds were fine. I liked that our room was very close to both the pool and the reception (it was literally a 30-second walk). The room included a large dressing area with his and hers wardrobes.
The lobby staff seemed uninterested in helping after check-in. The WiFi was poor. I could not stream on the in-room TV (I mentioned this to the lobby staff multiple times, but nothing happened).

I found a few things quite frustrating. The room felt dated. Gaps around the windows and doors let insects in. I found THAT annoying. they didn't provide conditioner or body lotion, I expected more for the price.

Amazing Adults-Only Oasis!

This place is amazing! I got a villa near the pool, it was super clean. The location was perfect, close to everything but also quiet. I really recommend this adults-only resort.
The cocktail prices at the bar were a bit higher than other places nearby.

The pools always had open spots, and everything looked great! The outdoor areas seemed like a jungle. That was cool. A jacuzzi was open, and its water was very clear.

Breakfast included many choices and fresh options every morning. I especially enjoyed the fruit smoothies. They had a very natural taste. The restaurant has lots of tasty Thai and international meals.

The staff was super helpful. I requested an extra towel. They brought it fast. Everyone greeted me with a smile, it's nice!

oasis of relaxation and green spaces
fine ground swimming pool lush plant
the photos didn't fully capture the hotel's charm. i noticed the grounds were fine and well maintained. i particularly loved the swimming pool area and lush plants. it reminded me of a true oasis away from the busy streets.
i found the wifi a bit weak. it made streaming on the in-room tv difficult. i hoped this would be resolved .
