sweaty gym limited channels
The gym STUNK of sweat, it was just GROSS. i also found the tv selection LIMITED. All i could find were indonesian programs. it's a shame because the rest of the facilities were decent, but those two things really impacted my experience.

damp atmosphere musty odor
the breakfast buffet had a decent selection and met my needs.
My room assignment was poor. It was located on the first floor. this room had a damp atmosphere and a musty odor. the air conditioning did little to mitigate this issue. I found this unacceptable.

Excellent Stay
breakfast variety maintained pools spacious suite walking distance
I found the breakfast buffet offered a great variety with fresh choices. The pools were well maintained and service was great at the poolside bar. Our two bed suite on the top floor was well equipped and very spacious. Shops were within walking distance from the hotel should i need anything.
I noticed some paint chipping off and some unclean surfaces around the pool area so maintenance could be improved.

The hotel is tucked away in a quieter part of the area and provides a peaceful escape. It is still close enough to explore local attractions by car. The hotel has direct access to a beach.

The suites are spacious and beautifully designed with all the amenities. The rooms are also kept clean daily by housekeeping. The rooms have comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

The hotel has multiple pools to enjoy. There is a swim-up bar available for drinks by the pool. The grounds are well maintained by staff each day.

The staff were warm and cute always going the extra mile. I found the service at the restaurants to be very good too.

The breakfast included a masala tea and soy latte. I appreciated that. i had a high floor room. It also had a pool view. customer experience staff checked on my comfort. She asked for feedback.

I found the staff attentive. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the amazing food and drinks. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The beach is not ideal for swimming due to the number of boats.
