Some Disappointments During Stay

The restaurant felt gloomy because it was too dark. Beach furniture was in bad shape. Some sunbeds and umbrellas were held together by wire. Food presentation at the beach area was below what I expected it should be. It negatively affected the experience.

I enjoyed the breakfast selection . There was a variety of options. i also appreciated the multiple swimming pools available. the kids' club, lava land, kept my children entertained with engaging activities. the gardens were beautifully maintained.

the hallways felt a bit dark , making it difficult to find my way around at times.

the staff was polite , patient and provided thorough explanations of dish ingredients at the restaurants. communication using the whatsapp application was efficient , particularly when i misplaced items. thankfully, all items were returned to me safely.

the resort had amazing pools. the staff were excellent, they provided great service. the lobby was beautiful. the resort maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

i noticed the restaurant atmosphere was too dark. it. the beach furniture was not in good condition, i saw old sunbeds.
