some issues, not as expected

average buffet unpleasant scent
the location was acceptable.
I found the breakfast buffet a bit underwhelming, especially since the hotel itself seemed pretty fancy. it just felt average. also, the soap scent in the bathroom was not great. It left an odd, lingering smell that i did not appreciate.

I loved the service at this hotel. All staff was very helpful and cute. The room was real very comfy and tidy. The facilities was lovely too.
I noticed my room had a small defect. The first room faced the street and had continuous noise from external machinery. I requested a change and it was done.

the staff were polite enough i suppose
