convenient location easy tram access stylish lobby good breakfast
I found the hotel's location very convenient, it is close to a shopping center. Tram access right outside made getting around easy. The lobby and decor felt stylish to me. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the variety.
The hotel has limited parking spaces directly available. Alternative parking is in the mall garage.

The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Everything felt modern! The design made it relaxing. There was all I needed for a good stay. I felt right at home.

Breakfast offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries, the hotel had cereals, juices, and fruits. I did not eat at the restaurant. but the bar menu had many options.

Excellent Stay
free coffee helpful receptionist early room future visit
i loved the free coffee and drinks in the room. the breakfast available till 1 pm on sundays was a treat. i also found the receptionists i interacted with nice and helpful (i even got my room early!). i would certainly choose this hotel again for future visits.
the absence of phones in the rooms required me to go to the reception for any assistance.

the room was modern and clean with sufficient space and the amenities one would expect in such a hotel. a good wi-fi connection and a modern television were included in the room setup.

breakfast had a wide variety of options including savory and sweet items. cereal, juice, fruit, beverages, eggs, sausages, bread, cheese, and pastries were readily available. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

laundry facilities were available for use at no extra cost, which proved very handy . a convenient mall is only steps away from the premises and a tram station sits nearby.

the staff was very attentive. i found them quite helpful. the location near the tram station is also a great advantage.

big mall included breakfast large room dark decor uncomfortable bed missing door
the location was convienient to shopping, i noticed a big mall was very close. the room, named comfort signature double room, looked large. breakfast was also included and was well done.
The hotel have a dark decor. This was not ideal for me. i found the bed uncomfortably. the bathroom had no door, i feel this is a security problem.
