The breakfast had a wide selection, and I found everything I needed for a good start to the day. The staff members were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I slept well.
The room faced the street, and there was some noise at night. I wish there were thicker curtains to block out the light.

the location was quite good, close to public transport.
The breakfast selection lacked variety, and there was no fresh orange juice available. our initial room was very noisy at night, with external light entering easily. i had to change rooms the next day, but the curtains were not blackout, so light still came in early in the morning. Plus, the bed was too hard, causing back pain.

the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
I booked a room with a balcony based on photos, but the view was terrible. it overlooked drainage and sewage pipes and a dirty roof. It was also noisy all night. i think the room was overpriced given the poor view.

the location offered convenient access to nearby dining. multiple restaurants sat just steps away. a subway station close by made getting around so easy! i found the hotel staff wonderfully helpful. they always offered a kind word and attentive service.
The breakfast area became a bit crowded at peak times. This meant a short wait for a table one morning.

i found the breakfast excellent , with a great variety of options to choose from. the staff , especially paul , was attentive and ensured everything was replenished. kebir at reception was very helpful , he printed castle tickets and gave clear directions.
the tv in the room had limited international channels , however , i was able to connect my phone.
