I found a great vibe in a quiet part of the city. The staff let me leave my luggage on the final day. I received greetings from someone at the desk each time I passed. I also appreciated the ten-minute walk from the train station.
The stairs leading up to reception were a little steep.

The hotel had a fun pool deck. My family loved using it in the hot weather. The spa was peaceful and clean. It actually got busy. Two hours visiting the spa was sufficient time to relax a little bit.

Receptionists were very helpful. They explained everything from sites to see to ordering cabs. The barman was great fun and professional!!! All the staff in the hotel were happy and professional. This really makes a difference.

The hotel's morning breakfast was a delicious spread with tons of variety, coffee service, and mimosas. I chose songs for the pianist to play. It was wonderful. The restaurant manager was helpful to me.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety. i noticed prosecco was even available, it was a nice touch. the location was good because of its closeness to the metro station. it was a short walk and i got around easily.
the gym was small, it didn't have much equipment.

I found the front desk staff excellent and helpful. The location is advantageous as it is close to the train station. The hotel was clean, something I noticed immediately upon arrival. I totally enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. It was a great way to relax after sightseeing.
The seal on our room door kept peeling off. I also got locked out of my room a few times due to a faulty lock or key card.

Breakfast provided many options, with food well-stocked even near closing. The little pool offered a refreshing break after exploring the city!!! The bar provided tasty cocktails.

The hotel included a good breakfast. They even gave a glass of fizz. Staff was wonderful with handy location. The pool offered welcome relief from the heat. It gave a break from sightseeing for our little girl.
The hotel corridors to the rooms were dark. They felt run down. Curtains did not hang well. They did not close the light out very well.
