a surprisingly pleasant stay!

i appreciated the complimentary luggage storage. the staff readily stored my four bags when i arrived before check-in. i was then able to take a walk to trevi fountain without any luggage hassle. upon my return, my bags were already in my room.
the steam room was out of service ! also, the pool's lukewarm water wasn't very clean.

the location was very central to major attractions. It was a short walk to many points of interest. The staff were attentive and helpful with luggage storage after checkout. I appreciated the fast responses to questions before arrival.
I found the street noise at night disruptive, even with the windows closed. The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. It impacted my sleep quality .

I stayed for a few nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room included a minibar with several drink options. The rooftop terrace offered city views and a buffet breakfast was available. I found its proximity to the train station convenient.

This hotel provided daily access to the underground pool and jacuzzi. The rooftop terrace proved lovely, especially during breakfast. I enjoyed a relaxing evening meal up there as well. Clean towels were provided every day . The staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism.
i experienced a slight issue with street noise, which could be bothersome for light sleepers
