a lovely stay

i stayed for a few nights at this wonderful place. the pools were clean and mostly heated to a nice temperature. i really liked this. the beer and cocktails was great too. i was able to book a spot at the a la carte restaurants every evening and the service was really nice. i hope to return next year for another stay.
the only slight issue i experienced was that there were some issues getting ice cream at the bar, but it never lasted too long. it wasn't a big problem. but i wanted to mention it.

I found the staff cute and helpful. they provided a genuinely five-star service, anticipating needs without prompting. the à la carte restaurants impressed me, especially the steak and asian options. the hotel location, right on the beach, allowed for easy snorkeling to see colorful fish. Sunbeds were always available.
the lack of heated pools in february meant i couldn't fully enjoy the water activities.

the staff were so kind they cleaned the room daily it had fresh towels and organized our things the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it was in block 16 near the beach and restaurant the room layout was excellent we enjoyed this convenience the grounds were so lovely so well kept
the pool got a bit chilly sometimes it would have been nicer if it was a bit warmer
