I really enjoyed the spacious one bedroom suite! It came with a full kitchen. The second floor private balcony was lovely. I could enjoy the Caribbean breeze day and night.
My welcome wasn't very cute. I was not offered a drink. A couple after me was offered one!

The location IS great, and the hotel offers a useful courtesy bus service to the nearby town. The hotel grounds are lovely and gardeners keep them immaculately. The pool is a good size and very clean, i also found the gym acceptable.
I THINK the showers could use an upgrade. the shop could have a larger selection who prefer self-catering.

Breakfast offers a nice buffet with many options, while lunch and dinner include a very wide choice of menu. Special buffet and bbq nights also occur, and the food was delicious. There are two a la carte restaurants, one overlooks the pool.

Several staff members provided really good service, including Tameshia, Sharon, Juliette, Joycelyn, Desiree, Abigail, Nikita, Tameka, and Gregory.

The room overlooks the gardens and includes all necessary facilities, like cooking amenities. Air conditioning IS available. Cleanliness was maintained by the maids. The room felt quite spacious and well-kept .

i definitely seemed like i was in paradise! the grounds are really well kept. i especially loved the gully walk. i even saw monkeys at both sunset and sunrise! it felt so special. my room was clean, spacious, and the bed. it was comfortable.
The hotel advertised a beach club. i was informed upon arrival that they no longer offer this, and i received no prior notification of this change. it definitely was disappointing. the hotel seemed regimented, and the pool bar closed early at 6 pm. the food was also expensive.

the hotel is close to speightstown. the hotel courtesy bus to the beach and speightstown is helpful, and the drivers are friendly! that was great. it is very useful.
