convenient location beach access prompt service helpful staff maintenance issues broken door restrictive hours subpar food
the location was quite convenient, a real plus. the beach access made mornings particularly enjoyable. i was also pleased the staff addressed any issues that arose promptly. i found that quite helpful.
i noticed a few maintenance issues . for instance, the closet door was not functioning. i also found the restaurant hours somewhat restrictive. the food there was subpar.

surprised with our stay
comfortable beds new sunbeds
i enjoyed the beach accessibility. staff was also amicable. the rooms features comfortable beds. new sunbeds was a plus after waiting so long for those. i appreciate the long and deep pool for swimming.
the hotel is dated, a refurbishment would certainly raise the rating. signs of damp was present. the room was basic and clean nonetheless.

the chef, abu, accommodates dietary needs. theme nights include live music. the restaurant personnel are friendly. trevor and his staff attends all demands. the food is great.

desk staff offered valuable advice. they help with buses and trips. they arrange taxis. the general manager, suresh, is helpful and keen. reception staff welcomes you warmly. housekeepings were excellent.

the location is fantastic, nearby eatery and bar options are available. accessing other island locations is easy. the boardwalk begins a short walk past the hotel. it's close to beach and shopping.

Convenient Beachfront Stay
easy check-in process excellent beach location helpful staff
I found the check-in to be easy and quick upon my early arrival. I was able to store my luggage and use the facilities while I waited for my room. The hotel's location directly on the beach was excellent. This provided easy access to the sand and surf. The staff addressed any issues that arose.
the hot water was unreliable, made showering uncomfortable.
