I thought the staff were amazing! the choices of food and places to eat were excellent! i give a special thank you to the bar staff. They provided such an amazing service. they really made the holiday worthwhile , i think.

i stayed in a very nice cozy room on the fourth floor with a sea view. everything was clean and looked new. the shower was perfect , great, the bed was also very big.

The hotel staff addressed my husband's birthday with great care. I found the hotel to be very clean EVERYWHERE. The themed dinner was also excellent. I noted the hotel's approach to sustainability. I appreciated the opportunity to keep the same sun loungers on the beach.
The gym was a LITTLE small. It only had a few machines and weights.

The rooms HAVE been renovated. The rooms were tastefully furnished with a nice ambience. The bed was huge and comfortable. The shower was great. Rooms include connecting doors, SO ask to avoid these if preferred.

The staff was polite and friendly. Upon arrival, they offered champagne and assistance with luggage. The staff helped us with taxis and information. Guests can use all facilities after checkout until flight time APPROACHED.

the staff was happy and helpful. the rooms were clean and equipped. the pools were good, both outdoor and indoor, and there were enough sunbeds. the beach at the hotel had a nice entrance.
the food at the buffet was average. the american restaurant steak was so bad it was not eatable. soft drinks was always stale without fizziness.

Amazing All-Inclusive Getaway!

Our room on the fourth floor provided a cozy retreat with a beautiful sea view! Everything looked brand new and clean. The shower was perfect, awesome for ultimate relaxation, and the bed was very big. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying treats from the buffet with hot tea. Netflix on the big screen in bathrobes on fresh sheets was a treat!!!
We requested a quiet room. we were placed in a connecting room, which impacted our rest, as the guests next door were loud.
