decent stay

great breakfast helpful staff lovely pool worn hotel poor laundry service bad smell
the breakfast was great. the staff were nice (jenny, especially, was helpful). the pool is lovely and the bar has a great view.
the hotel is worn. it is run down and smells bad in some areas (i noticed this on the second floor). the laundry service was not prompt.

The location was acceptable for accessing local attractions.
The room size proved smaller than expected for the price. It felt cramped. Breakfast did not meet expectations. The coffee quality was poor, and fresh juices were absent. The hotel showed signs of wear and tear. An unpleasant odor was present in some areas.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

attentive staff convenient service neat room
My room was neat. The staff was attentive to needs. The massage service located downstairs offered convenience. I recommend this hotel.
I experienced some delays with my transportation arrangements. I hope this issue can be resolved in the future.

i enjoyed the rooftop pool.. it was clean and well maintained. the gym included several treadmills. the location provided easy access to attractions. breakfast included a fantastic buffet.

totally amazing stay!

central location remembered staff rooftop pool
I was so happy with the location, so central to everything (i walked everywhere!). the staff really remembered me, really nice. i loved the rooftop pool. It was great after exploring the city all day.
the room was a little smaller than i expected but this didn't really bother me as i wasn't in it much.

the rooftop pool allowed me to cool down after a long, hot day and included a bar that served a range of cocktails. there were ample loungers around the pool area for relaxation. it's really a plus!

The staff helped me organize my trip to sapa and transportation to and from the airport. This was helpful. i felt they were very attentive to my needs and spoke excellent english. jenny at reception was super helpful.

the hotel is close to train street, within walking distance (it's just a 2 minute walk!). its location is amazing near the old quarter and many restaurants. i found it very convenient to explore the city from here.
