I was so happy with the location, so central to everything (i walked everywhere!). the staff really remembered me, really nice. i loved the rooftop pool. It was great after exploring the city all day.
the room was a little smaller than i expected but this didn't really bother me as i wasn't in it much.

the rooftop pool allowed me to cool down after a long, hot day and included a bar that served a range of cocktails. there were ample loungers around the pool area for relaxation. it's really a plus!

The staff helped me organize my trip to sapa and transportation to and from the airport. This was helpful. i felt they were very attentive to my needs and spoke excellent english. jenny at reception was super helpful.

the hotel is close to train street, within walking distance (it's just a 2 minute walk!). its location is amazing near the old quarter and many restaurants. i found it very convenient to explore the city from here.
