amazing stay with very nice staff!

polite staff professional staff clean gym new equipment

The staff was polite and professional. i really appreciate the variety of tasty salads, fish, and meat provided. the gym access 24 hours was a great perk. It was also very clean with brand new equipment! the big, clean swimming pool was perfect and i got fresh towels with sun beds regularly.

the lack of variety at breakfast became slightly monotonous after a few days. i wish there were more diverse options each morning.

The reception staff was cute and always helpful. They really knew how to treat guests. daily room cleaning was thorough and the housekeeping staff was great, i appreciated their attention to detail.

the hotel felt secluded away from over touristy areas which i liked. the setting allowed for peaceful enjoyment of the grounds and amenities. the private beach was nice though it was rocky.

rude staff inconsistent behavior

the breakfast program was acceptable and the private beach was alright for a quick swim.

the pool bar staff acted rude, which i find very unpleasant. some front desk people was unhelpful and seemed like didn't want to assist at all. behavior between staff was inconsistent.

helpful staff clean resort beach option reasonable drinks

The staff were AMAZING and helpful, especially during check-in. The resort was very clean. The pool was lovely and it was nice to have the beach option as well. Drinks were reasonably priced .

The gym equipment showed signs of heavy use. It was not new.

The restaurant's service was first class with AMAZING food and drinks. It was a real highlight. The breakfast had various options and also featured fresh fruit. A barista made fresh coffee, a really nice touch. Natural juices were also available.

The reception staff was excellent and efficient when i needed help. The animation team were excellent and friendly, always inclusive. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful with all my requests. They certainly made a difference to my holiday.

The location had plenty of parking space, a HUGE plus for me. The hotel is large with a beautiful pool. It's definitely a highlight. The grounds are well kept. I found it very convenient.

The room was a good size and quite comfy, and i enjoyed the balcony. The rooms were clean and spacious, a real bonus. I found the bed to be comfortable and relaxing. The linens and towels were high-quality.

I found the staff polite and professional, especially at reception and in the restaurant. the gym was open 24 hours. it was also clean with new equipment. i enjoyed the swimming pool. It was big and clean. sun beds and towels were available often.

modern equipment excellent condition helpful staff

The gym was AMAZING!!! It had a good selection of equipment. The pool was in EXCELLENT condition, I swam laps every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom felt a little dark. Better lighting is needed.
