the hotel is on the same street as a train station, three family marts, a mcdonald's, and various restaurants. fresh towels, razors, hairbrushes, hair ties, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were provided daily. there were vending machines in the hotel. a mini fridge and hairdryer were in the room.

the food was okay, but the quality was not the usual japanese standard. the decor was a bit dated. i noticed unusual chandeliers in the foyer and the irish pub restaurant.

the hotel is near the metro station. it made travel around the area simple. the staff checked me in quickly and were very helpful. the luggage storage under the bed was very useful.

the room i had was quite small even for one person. i think i have stayed in larger rooms previously. also, the cleanliness was done every 3 days only, and i prefer it daily.

the proximity to nishi-shinjuku-gochome station proved convenient, granting swift access! walking to shibuya crossing took only one hour, a good option. i was charmed by the irish bar and restaurant, it had sport on screens and proper guinnes. breakfast was very good indeed!

The temperature in my room i could not adjust. I found it a little bit inconvenient.

the hotel is near the subway station, made getting around easy. the staff helped with questions about the area. they also helped fill out the form to forward luggage. the room was nice, had everything needed, and even more.

there was no ac, and a note in the room said the hotel controls it. it got very hot, and the window only opened a little bit. this.

the check in process was not great. i was directed to a machine at check in. the lobby was designed bad and felt claustrophobic. i also heard other guests through the walls.
