amazing location bigger room comfy bed laundry absence slippery floor cheap toilet paper
This hotel has an amazing location. It makes it easy to get everywhere. my room was bigger compared to other hotels i've seen. the bed was comfy and i sleeped really well. the food at the buffet restaurant tasted awesome.
the hotel offered no laundry service. the lamps in my room looked pretty, but i almost bumped my head a lot. the shower floor got slippery and thats really dangerous. the toilet paper felt cheap.

convenient location friendly staff excellent room excessive markup no laundry poor lamp
The location was very convenient. Markets were just around the corner. The subway was also in front of the hotel. The staff were attentive. They impressed me. The room and bathroom were also excellent.
I noticed an issue with phone call charges upon checkout. I was charged over 70,000 KRW for a short call to my bank. This markup seemed excessive. The hotel has no laundry service. The lamps in my room were poorly placed. I risked hitting my head.

The staff was friendly enough, I suppose.
My room, a Secret Grand Beautiful Twin, lacked basic functionality. The lights were so dim, I could barely see and the ventilation was terrible, I think. they charged extra for a toothbrush. Are they serious?

The hotel is near the underground station. It made getting around easy. Many restaurants surround the hotel. It was easy to find places to eat. The staff was helpful and professional.

metro station great location spacious room uncomfortable check-in unlit hotel
the hotel had a great location near the metro station. this made travel very convenient. the room felt both cozy and spacious to me.
i thought the check-in area was not very comfortable. also, i found the hotel to be too unlit for my taste.

mixed feelings about my stay
dark room poor ventilation
the hotel's location was convenient to the metro. it was very close to shopping and dining areas.
The room was too dark for me. Better lighting is really needed. also, the ventilation seemed poor because i detected a smoke smell . this was not good since i am sensitive to smoke.
