The staff was friendly enough, I suppose.
My room, a Secret Grand Beautiful Twin, lacked basic functionality. The lights were so dim, I could barely see and the ventilation was terrible, I think. they charged extra for a toothbrush. Are they serious?
The hotel is near the underground station. It made getting around easy. Many restaurants surround the hotel. It was easy to find places to eat. The staff was helpful and professional.
The bed felt a little soft.

the hotel had a great location near the metro station. this made travel very convenient. the room felt both cozy and spacious to me.
i thought the check-in area was not very comfortable. also, i found the hotel to be too unlit for my taste.
the staff was polite . my room had a useful safe. it was big enough for my laptop and other items. the location suited me well because i had easy access to the subway.
the minibar was not restocked , a bit inconvenient.

the hotel's location was convenient to the metro. it was very close to shopping and dining areas.
The room was too dark for me. Better lighting is really needed. also, the ventilation seemed poor because i detected a smoke smell . this was not good since i am sensitive to smoke.
