Wonderful Experience

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety. The room provided clean, filtered drinking water. Pools and pool slides were great for recreation. There was even a clownfish discovery center, where we saw clownfish eggs.
I was gluten free and the chef Philip and Edward were accommodating. Andrew was also a very kind member of staff and my kids adored him!

The breakfast at Cafe TATU offered diverse and delicious international foods, including a Korean food corner. The Horizon Lounge had a neat and beautiful atmosphere, and the staff ensured comfort. Dinner at the Sunset Bar combined various meats and vegetables with champagne.

The outdoor restaurant Coco Joe's is in front of the beach. Tables and service were great, and we enjoyed a diverse seafood platter with coconut cocktails. The resort offered diverse water activities, including paragliding, jet skiing, and a glass boat tour.

the bed slept very good.
i received an email saying refurbishment would begin after my visit. the hotel did not contact me about the disruption, so i was unprepared. demolition noise and concrete grinding affected my stay.

The hotel offers many amenities. I enjoyed the various activities available, both indoors and outdoors. It's also convenient to catch a ferry directly to other islands from here! the breakfast buffet has vast food choices, which i found a great plus. i appreciate that a family of four with a baby can comfortably stay in one room. This saved us from needing multiple rooms.
i noticed slight wear and tear in some common areas, such as chipped paint, it's not a major issue, but it is there.

the bartender in borneo lounge is amazing! rafiq ahmad and hafiyy were so hospitable. the sunset view is very nice! the band infinite played wonderful music. activities were easy to arrange too. i will definitely come back.
the room card key sometimes didn't work, i had to revisit the lobby, it was a minor inconvenience though.

The room was spacious with a wonderful view of the sea, I also noted amazing landscaping of the gardens. The food presentation and the breakfast buffet were amazing! The entire food and beverage team are attentive to guests needs.
