uninterested agent moldy smell
The staff provided a prompt room move after i mentioned the lizard. At least that went smoothly.
I found the front office agent rather uninterested. They seemed bothered by my questions about dinner and activities. the first room had quite a lot of pubic hair on the carpet and smelled of mold, a good combination. later, i woke up to discover worms in the bed and a colony of worms invading the carpet. It seems i wasn't alone in my room.

A Satisfactory Visit
amazing staff spacious room mouldy smell broken amenities
My room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were amazingly friendly (Edith on the front desk and Pernia in the buffet restaurant stood out).
The kids outdoor playground at "adventure point" has broken amenities. The junior sea view ocean wing room had a mouldy smell and an odour during the day.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Staff
amazing views wide array really good place
I secured an upgrade to a sea view room. I was grateful for the fine views it provided. The food options included a wide array of restaurants. I had many choices for dining . The beach was beautiful. All the staff were helpful and cute.

I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff across all areas. The restaurants offered many choices with excellent food quality. The facilities included a golf course and various water sports. The resort's beachfront location allowed easy access to the ocean.
