Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
long wait food restriction
The beach was beautiful.
Ordering food by the pool took a very long time. We waited 45 minutes for fries and chicken nuggets , and another time 30 minutes for two pizzas. It was also disappointing that we could not take food to the room.

excellent stay
amazing beach really good breakfast
i especially loved the amazing beach. the breakfast was really good too, so many choices. the staff was the best i have ever encountered. they accommodated me and my pregnant wife, especially noushad, mouahmmad balouchi, and aadil.
i felt the service by the pool took a long time. we waited 45 minutes for some fries and chicken nuggets. it was inconvenient that we couldn't take food to our room.

the hotel offers multiple pools, including a lazy river that is great. there is a beautiful large flower garden adding to the scenic view. the valet parking service makes arrivals and departures very convenient and easy.

the al bandar beautiful king bed room had all necessities provided like toiletries, a hairdryer, and an iron. the room was adequately sized, providing ample space for luggage and movement. the air conditioning worked perfectly keeping the temperature comfortable at all times.

the staff offered helpful directions to the beach upon arrival. i appreciated guidance to an inside table during a busy breakfast. the staff at the chinese restaurant were super friendly and very quick. the manager of al tanoor provided top service.

the breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. i tried all the restaurants and would rate them 8/10 except for two which were standard. the arabic buffet in the evening was very nice, it had a huge selection. the quality of food was great.

private beach multiple pools free valet parking lazy river
the resort features a private beach, several pools, and extensive grounds. the rock formations. the buffet breakfast offered local and international options. the free valet parking was helpful, and the lazy river provided a relaxing way to unwind.
the rooms felt a bit dated, and the check-in process took longer than expected.

The resort included water activities and i found the staff to be kind. They were gentle hosts. they responded quickly when my kid got injured, sending him to the hotel clinic with full care. i appreciate the hotel crew and managers.

good breakfast clean beach sea view overwhelmed staff limited options
i found the breakfast to be quite good. the beach was clean and accessible. i also appreciated that the room had a sea view with a balcony (it was a nice touch).
i noticed that some staff members seemed a bit overwhelmed. the dining options were somewhat limited.
