professional staff clean room helpful staff unhealthy options terrible potatoes distant rooms
i found the restaurant staff to be very professional. sophina was particularly helpful . the room was always cleaned promptly.
the breakfast buffet did not have many healthy options. potatoes tasted terrible one morning, i could not eat them. the rooms were located far from the main areas.

poor process information lack
The check-in process was REALLY poor. I was NOT given ANY information about meal times or the location of facilities. This resulted in me being chased by a staff member of the restaurant on my first night. I inadvertently left without paying for a glass of juice that I did not realize I had to pay for, due to this lack of information.

friendly person coordinated transport really good service active team
i really loved the fun factory! gole was friendly. he always ensured my visit was enjoyable. the entertainment team was active. ibrahim at concierge coordinated transport well. he even helped beyond his hours. his team assisted whenever needed. i'm thankful for the fantastic service.
The room cleanliness was slightly inconsistent. Some areas was overlooked.

The room provided necessary amenities. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. furniture was well-kept. the air conditioning system worked effectively during my entire stay, maintaining a stable temperature.

The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including a dedicated adults-only area. Each pool area included ample loungers. the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. access to water sports was readily available, including jet skis.

The pavilion restaurant offered a variety of options. breakfast included a swahili breakfast. cocos bar provided swift service. the mixologist china crafted really good cocktails, with a focus on both taste and presentation. His personality was also cute.

the concierge team coordinated transport efficiently. the staff members were genuinely warm. brian chacha, a waiter, offered guidance on hotel offerings. agatha from guest relations arranged a surprise celebration, a very nice touch.

generally good stay
tasty pizza variety menu friendly waiter disaster road extra blanket warm place
i enjoyed the variety in the menu! onesmas was a very helpful and friendly waiter, the pizza and pander were tasty. the menu had a nice variety, even with veg options.
The road to the hotel was a real disaster. Because of this, we couldn't explore attractions around. there was no extra blanket in the room. I needed it to enjoy the ac. mombasa is a very warm place, so ac is a must.

the food was top notch , i have to say 😋.
the check-in was a mess. half-baked info left me with more questions than answers. staff were a hit or miss , i found some friendly , others nonchalant.

mixed feelings about my stay
slow check-in slow food service
the sea facing queen room was acceptable. (i could actually see the sea!).
i found some issues . the check-in process was really slow. it seemed disorganized, and the staff did not communicate well. the food at the coco restaurant by the pool took an excessively long time to arrive. it took 90 minutes (seriously!).
