friendly person coordinated transport really good service active team

i really loved the fun factory! gole was friendly. he always ensured my visit was enjoyable. the entertainment team was active. ibrahim at concierge coordinated transport well. he even helped beyond his hours. his team assisted whenever needed. i'm thankful for the fantastic service.

The room cleanliness was slightly inconsistent. Some areas looked overlooked.

The room provided necessary amenities. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. furniture was well-kept. the air conditioning system worked effectively during my entire stay, maintaining a stable temperature.

tasty pizza variety menu friendly waiter disaster road extra blanket warm place

i enjoyed the variety in the menu! onesmas was a very helpful and friendly waiter, the pizza and pander were tasty. the menu had a nice variety, even with veg options.

The road to the hotel was a real disaster. Because of this, we couldn't explore attractions around. there was no extra blanket in the room. I needed it to enjoy the ac. mombasa is a very warm place, so ac is a must.

mixed feelings about my stay

slow check-in slow food service

the sea facing queen room was acceptable. (i could actually see the sea!).

i found some issues . the check-in process was really slow. it seemed disorganized, and the staff did not communicate well. the food at the coco restaurant by the pool took an excessively long time to arrive. it took 90 minutes (seriously!).
