Acceptable, but some issues need addressing
limited food options annoyed staff
The location within a lush palm forest created a serene atmosphere.
The food options were quite limited throughout the resort. I stayed for a week and struggled with the repetitive menu. It was impossible to find variety. The staff seemed annoyed when I tried to order food from outside the hotel, disappointing.

musty room slow service
the beach was good (i mean, it better be for what i paid).
Honestly, i was expecting more. the room smelled a bit musty, like it hadn't been aired out in ages. also, getting a simple bottle of water by the pool took ages. The service felt slow.
