Acceptable stay. Some issues present

The hotel location is very remote and getting around required taxis. Taxis cost 350 Baht per trip, this added up quickly. The staff exhibited limited English skills. This made communication difficult. Friendliness seemed lacking in many interactions. This affected the overall experience.

The setting offers fine ocean views. i especially appreciated the amazing snorkeling directly off the dock. the restaurant team served delicious meals with visible care. the dockside staff ensured snorkeling was easy and safe. I was grateful.
finding my room was confusing, and the receptionist seemed reluctant to help guide me again.

the resort has a nice boutique feel. the dive club was a great amenity. joy looked after us very well. manny's enthusiasm as our dive guide was infectious. i found him to be a wonderful soul as a guide around a couple of the wrecks and reefs.
internet access via wifi in the room was a bit temperamental.
