flowering plants direct path clear water

i liked this hotel hotel. the gardens had many flowering plants. accessing the beach was easy because there was a direct path. the beach felt private and clean. the water was clear too.

i observed the pool water was dusky and not clear.

Comfortable stay near the beach

direct access top-class service comfortable bed

I enjoyed the direct beach access. It was very clean with few crowds. The hotel is close to the airport. The restaurant staff was very attentive to our requests. All three meals were top-class. Rooms are super comfortable. Beds are equally appealing.

The service could be slow at times. I had to call repeatedly for small requests.

faulty ac unit useless balcony

My stay, just 3 nights, had a few snags. First, the ancient split AC unit struggled and made a racket. I switched rooms but still noticed maintenance issues. Second, the balcony faced the backyard and felt useless. My 'Luxury Suite' seemed like a blatant lie. I thought I'd get a pool view, especially after paying upfront. The front desk staff seemed trained to fake smiles, not to welcome people.

noise level substandard cleanliness wifi connectivity

the location was acceptable, providing decent access to nearby areas.

the room's cleanliness was subpar. I found dust accumulation and the bathroom was definitely not super clean. i also had constant problems with the wifi connectivity. It kept dropping every few minutes.
