i've stayed in many hotels, but this one? it blew me away! i was like royalty. the staff anticipated my every need and were always ready with a smile. the room itself was gorgeous, complete with luxurious amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. seriously, this place is a MUST-STAY!

the gym could use a few more weight machines, but honestly, that's a super minor detail!

the gym was well-equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i liked the pool area, because it featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. in room dining was fast and the food was delicious. the staff was helpful and very cute.

the light controls in my room took some time to work out. i think it needs a small adjustment.

the hotel is in a good location, near shops and stanley park. kitsilano is only ten minutes away. i could easily access various points of interest from the hotel.

i adored the spaciousness of our junior suite. It was comfortable with lovely decor. The breakfast at the 1927 lounge was delicious in such a cozy setting. Robert, the valet, even remembered me from last year, HE went out of his way to assist us.

as a returning guest, i was surprised by the wifi issues in my suite. the connection was not reliable. the engineering manager showed little empathy and blamed my devices, frustrating. the follow-up to my complaint felt generic and impersonal.
