The location allowed easy access to various downtown areas. Staff members were friendly and helpful I found a super fluffy robe in a drawer on my second night there. The robe was a nice bonus.

i noticed the ac was quite dirty with accumulated dust. it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.

i had some special requests and needed assistance at the front desk. the staff, mohammed and anastasia, were helpful and efficient. hailey checked in to ensure i received assistance, which i appreciated.
i stayed on the 29th floor. the single-pane windows allowed significant noise from the emergency center. the constant sirens made it difficult to sleep at night.

the room was bright and clean. i found the beds comfortable and restful for sleep. the location proved very convenient, with access to nearby attractions. friendly staff assisted me with directions.
The hotel was dated, needing some updates to feel fresh. the noise levels were high, especially with sirens from a nearby hospital. My sleep suffered because of this. i reported a toilet issue, but it remained unresolved . the basic pool area did not appeal to me.
