clean pools quality restaurant
I found the pools very clean. several restaurants were available and the botanico restaurant stood out with its quality. the staff was smart and professional. i enjoyed the well-kept garden. It was amazing.
i had to adjust my plans due to the misunderstanding. it would have been better with clearer guidelines.

direct beach diverse choices spacious room relaxing sleep
i loved the direct beach access through the palm-lined pathway. the pools were great, and i appreciated how well-kept they were. i enjoyed the great food selection in the buffet, especially with diverse choices available. the rooms were spacious, and the king-size bed ensured a relaxing sleep.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of options including fresh fruit and hot dishes. Dinner provides themed nights with international cuisine choices. a la carte restaurants offer a fine dining experience, however, reservations are required and seating is limited.

Reception staff were efficient at check-in. They provided helpful information. housekeeping ensured rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were attentive to our requests. the concierge service was readily available to arrange local excursions and provide recommendations.

beautiful landscaping available sun loungers
The hotel grounds feature beautiful landscaping. I always found available sun loungers at the pool regardless of the time.
The walk to the shop was long for someone with mobility issues since there was no entrance on that side.

Really good Experience at a Lovely Oasis

quality grounds great food easy access lovely pools
The grounds were well kept with high quality. I found the food selection to be wide ranging and the quality was quite good. The location is great with easy access to the beach. The hotel's garden and swimming pools were lovely.
The safe came at an extra charge. I would expect it to be included at no extra cost.
