a grateful guest's perspective
helpful staff welcome tea
the staff were helpful, friendly, and generous throughout my stay. they provided useful information, assisting with meals and excursions. i especially appreciated the welcome tea and cookies.
The bed in my room was quite old and the mattress felt rather uncomfortable. I found this to be a problem

The room had reversible air conditioning, much needed. the rooms are always clean thanks to rabia and kholoud. They are well-equipped with comfortable bedding.

The courtyard is fine with a rooftop terrace. It offers views of the mountains! the hotel has a pool. it is unheated, which wasn't an issue as i visited during the winter.

Mohamed, simo and anas were amazing with their service at the riad. wafa prepares excellent and well-cooked food. I especially liked that you can eat at the riad every night.

It's a short walk to the main square. I enjoyed exploring the souks too! the riad provides a quiet escape from the fast pace of the city. It is easy to find.
