The staff was supportive and cute, especially siddhartha. He helped us a lot. The hotel accommodated our request to decorate the room for our first night after our wedding. The room view was amazing.

the location was good, i guess. it allowed easy access to the lake and some restaurant areas.

i cannot believe the staff took my belongings. they removed them from the room when i booked for consecutive nights. praveen, the operational manager, was useless and it took hours to figure things out. it was highly unprofessional.

issues during stay

faulty phonebroken tap

I faced multiple issues . the room i was initially assigned had a faulty phone. the boiler did not work either. in the second room, the bathroom tap was broken. That was very frustrating. it took a while to get into our room, our room cards deactivated multiple times.
