friendly staff breakfast buffet bad smell shallow pool
The staff was really friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I found the egg station wonderful. I could get freshly cooked omelettes. The location is good as well, near markets and shops.
The room smelled terribly from the gully every day. The pool was not deep enough. I could not swim. I found the pool access room almost useless.

smooth transfer warm welcome great massage relaxing proximity
transfer from the airport was smooth. the staff provided a warm welcome and efficiently arranged rooms near each other for our group. the massage services were great after the flight! its proximity to the airport made it perfect for a relaxing final night before departure.
The pool could be a bit deeper for proper swimming sessions. Still refreshing though.

breakfast offered a diverse selection of asian and western dishes! the range included fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order items, ensuring there was something for everyone each morning , made it very enjoyable.

The hotel features well-kept gardens with calming water features and pools. Clean pools and comfortable bedding were also very welcome additions. the bicycle rentals are another great option that my children thoroughly enjoyed.

room bathtub short walk amazing architecture
the room had a bathtub. it was a seven minute walk to the beach and a four minute drive to the airport. this clean, simple place is perfect to spend the night before a flight. the hotel is architected in a simple, amazing way.
Staff seemed inflexible when i wanted to extend my stay by seven hours. They told me they were fully booked, which wasn't true.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The ride takes just five minutes. shops and cafes are just around the corner from the hotel. guests can walk two minutes to a thai market.

rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. my room was a large bedroom with a sitting area and a balcony. the bathroom includes a bathtub, his and hers basins, a shower, a toilet and a dressing room.

the on-site tea room was fantastic. i really enjoyed the yummy treats they served. the room with pool access on the second floor was great for a quick swim (it was so refreshing!). the hotel organised a taxi for 260 baht and provided a breakfast box for my early flight.
the hotel is very close to the airport. i heard noisy aircraft all evening.

i booked this accommodation for its proximity to the airport before my flight. the location is great with markets nearby. the hotel provided a complimentary airport transfer. the staff was polite and quick during check-in.
the hotel corridors had a noticeable odor. this issue needs attention to ensure a consistently pleasant experience . the smell was unpleasant while walking to the room.
