i thoroughly enjoyed my vacation. the aqua park kept the children entertained, and i saw that swimming pools were well maintained and closely monitored. i was impressed by the diverse food selection, including traditional cuisines alongside international dishes. the evening entertainment was energetic with great dancers, and the clean, well-kept washrooms were a plus.

i had a minor issue with the room arrangement upon arrival. i had requested a baby cot and a triple room, but these were not initially provided. the staff corrected it after check-in, yet the delay was slightly inconvenient for me.

The hotel excels for kids. It is a paradise for them. my goal was to take the children on vacation. This hotel exceeded their needs. i also appreciated henry chai. He was helpful when we needed towels around the pool area and he assisted us in getting a waiter to serve us. our waiter, eric m, was very accommodating, especially when we needed to move locations due to the rain.

The check in experience was disturbing. there was consistent miscommunication. It was inefficient between reservations and the check in desk! this resulted in numerous questions and demand for payment.

the kids' waterpark was unfortunately closed for two days. the hotel felt quite far from both the airport and the city center. twice.
