The valet service was friendly upon arrival. the staff displayed kindness. the hotel interiors showcased beautiful architecture. The restaurant prepared a fantastic dinner, and breakfast started the day wonderfully. it was tender. i noticed the care given to my pet. That meant a lot.

i observed some non-french standard electrical sockets in the room. the wardrobes were not deep enough for dresses.

unhelpful staffcomplicated coffee machine

the wifi didn't allow vpn connections, a real pain since i needed it for work. when i asked for help, the staff seemed uninterested. also, the minibar lacked beer, and the in-room coffee machine was annoyingly complicated. (why not just a simple kettle?)
