the hotel is near a big mall, a less than 10-minute walk away.

The room i was given had a permanent horrid damp smell in the bathroom (it was coming from the shower drains, to be exact). also, the shower had weak water pressure and the bathtub had peeling paint. the service at the bar wasn't excellent. I waited a long time even to get a menu. (it reminded me of the staff were understaffed and took their frustrations out on customers).

I had a room with a balcony. It offered beautiful views. The hotel breakfast included fresh omelettes and various cheeses.

The hotel seemed to have too many tour groups, so some facilities were overcrowded.

underwhelming stay, some issues noticed

weak acslow checkout

i found a couple things amiss . the air conditioning, supposedly reaching 19 degrees, really didn't. i ended up waking up sweating each night, which wasn't ideal. also, the checkout process was a bit of a saga. despite only a few people ahead of me, it took over 20 minutes. maybe more staff training is needed. a damp smell was not great either.

The hotel offers different dining options. I was able to access the club lounge because of my IHG platinum status (such a treat!). The lounge is nice.

I found that rooms were poorly soundproofed. It was almost impossible to sleep. I could hear the subway every time it passed by.
