Mixed Feelings About This Stay
pre-cooked food parking rip-off
The breakfast buffet was certainly not worth the hype. I expected more for a hotel in this price range. The food seemed pre-cooked and left out for too long. Definitely not a four-star experience! the parking situation was a bit of a rip-off. I found out the hotel next door charges less for the same lot, so that was annoying to discover.

Awesome Stay!
ski locker convenient service great location
I really enjoyed the locker for skis. It located at the other location next to the gondola. The hotel delivered the skis there. It made things so convenient! The location is also great.

Really good Service and Clean Suite
comfortable suite helpful service soaker tub balcony view
The suite I stayed in was very comfortable , and it had a soaker tub and a separate shower. I found the fireplace nice , and I enjoyed seeing the snow from the balcony. The car service was helpful and on time , and the drivers were polite and friendly. I especially appreciated Elena at reception , as she was very helpful throughout my stay.
Only one of the two elevators was working , so getting to and from my floor was difficult.

clean room friendly staff poor breakfast precooked food
the rooms were clean and spacious. the staff were really nice and friendly and i felt welcome.
the buffet breakfast wasn't that great for a four star hotel. i thought the food would be warm and not pre-cooked in large quantities and sit out for hours, but it was.

ev spots broken dishwasher
I was super annoyed by the lack of ev charging spots. only two existed, and one was specifically for handicapped parking (who does that?). the ice machine was only on the bottom floor, a real pain. also, only one of the two elevators worked, a total drag. the sink in the ensuite didn't drain properly, and the dishwasher's bottom rack was busted. It seemed like things were falling apart.
