Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The breakfast buffet was certainly not worth the hype. I expected more for a hotel in this price range. The food seemed pre-cooked and left out for too long. Definitely not a four-star experience! the parking situation was a bit of a rip-off. I found out the hotel next door charges less for the same lot, so that was annoying to discover.

Really good Service and Clean Suite

The suite I stayed in was very comfortable , and it had a soaker tub and a separate shower. I found the fireplace nice , and I enjoyed seeing the snow from the balcony. The car service was helpful and on time , and the drivers were polite and friendly. I especially appreciated Elena at reception , as she was very helpful throughout my stay.

I was super annoyed by the lack of ev charging spots. only two existed, and one was specifically for handicapped parking (who does that?). the ice machine was only on the bottom floor, a real pain. the sink in the ensuite didn't drain properly, and the dishwasher's bottom rack was busted. It seemed like things were falling apart.
