underwhelming stay
untrained staff proper training
the breakfast was fantastic. detox juice was good.
the staff seemed untrained. they looked clueless and unable to anticipate guest needs. it was like management put them in nice clothes without proper training.

The reception staff, Oumaina and Youssef, were kind. The hotel is a quiet oasis. The staff was always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the food was of high quality.
The room felt quite dark. I needed extra light to see clearly inside.

untrained staff poor service
the hotel was beautifully designed, and i especially liked the fireplace in the room. it was magical.
the quality of service disappointed me. i saw untrained staff just running around. they seemed unable to make decisions and did not foresee client needs.

modern facilities good variety fine gardens tranquil atmosphere
The building showed superb design and attention to detail. The gym had modern facilities and equipment. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I found the gardens to be fine and well kept creating a tranquil atmosphere.
I noticed the pool bar manager seemed constantly to be angling for tips.
