While the hotel has a great historical charm and is located conveniently in downtown Boston, my experience was marred by some service disappointments and communication issues regarding room availability. The staff overall were friendly but could have been more proactive, and I did encounter some challenges with my room throughout my stay, which left me feeling less than satisfied.
I had a stay at the Omni Parker House that was quite mixed. The hotel has a lovely historic vibe, and I truly appreciated the effort of the staff. However, my experience was marred by noise issues and a less than ideal room assignment. Overall, while the location is fantastic, the lack of attention to my concerns left me feeling underwhelmed.
