I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was convenient and the pool area had fantastic views, I encountered several issues, especially with room service and cleanliness. The surprise of bugs in the room was unacceptable, which really overshadowed the decent dining options. Given the price I paid, I expected much better overall service.

Unfortunately, we faced a bug issue in our room that really turned the experience sour. After being moved to another room, it was missing some basic items like robes and glasses. Overall, I felt the quality of the rooms did not align with the price.

Service was hit or miss. While some staff members were polite, the handling of my complaints regarding the bugs was lackluster, as I didn't receive any form of compensation or acknowledgment from the front desk about our ordeal.

The hotel's location was a strong point, placed conveniently near various attractions and restaurants. It made it easy to explore downtown Dallas without too much hassle.

Dining at Owners Box was pleasant with tasty food, but the service was slow, which I found disappointing, especially when it wasn't busy.
