We were drawn to this hotel because of the advertised water park and family-friendly amenities, but our experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, and the service from management was unprofessional. On the plus side, the pools offered a good amount of fun for the kids, even if they were a bit overcrowded. The staff did try to help during our stay, but ultimately, we did not feel valued as guests.

I had a great last-minute getaway for my daughter's birthday, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Nathan at check-in who made our arrival smooth. We loved the indoor pool and the surrounding scenery. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, as it felt a bit neglected despite the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere.
